Order FAQ

Placing Your Order
Please make sure you have enough time for me to make the dress before you order.   If you have a dress you like me to make, please email me at: info@ieiedress.com   You will always receive an email from me confirming your order after ordering.   Measuring instructions will be provided in the email.  If you feel more comfortable ordering off a public market place such as ebay, please contact me.
Shipping
I usually use USPS, UPS or Fedex for shipping, depending on your package size , weight and your location.   You can get an estimation of the shipping cost before you checkout.   If you’re purchasing from another country, please contact me for shipping cost estimates.   If you have a special shipping preference, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate you.   International packages will be shipped as gift with low custom value, unless you request otherwise. I am not responsible for any custom and/or duties imposed by your country.  

Insurance can be requested at additional costs, I strongly recommend insurance, I have had client's package lost by Fedex and it can be a nightmare.

Return Policy
I truly want you to be happy with your dress!   As much as I want to, I don’t have the capacity large stores have to offer 100% money back refunds.   If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your wedding dress, I will need to charge 35% restocking fee on the dress returned if it's a standard size dress and 50% if it's custom size. Special request orders are non refundable.   Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for shipping the item back in original condition.   All dress are carefully checked before shipping out. Any claims of defective dresses will be inspected by me, and if it is fault on my behalf, I will replace the dress to you in the same size, color and style.  

For returns, you must notify me within 3 days of receiving your dress (verified by tracking information) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).   Upon receipt of your RMA#, you must ship back the new and unworn dress in its original condition. (No stains, alterations, makeup, alteration, animal fur or hair, etc).   I will issue your refund once your gown is returned and checked. Refunds will be issued via paypal.

Do you have a store?
I don't have a physical store at the moment. And because I don't have a physical store to run, I don't have all the overhead costs of running the store, this way my client can benefit from the savings. I am currently working to set up a studio showroom, but until then, all my orders are taken online.
